Alex Friedman, of Delightful Catering, has over 30 years of experience in the food service industry.

He graduated in 1986 from Johnson & Wales Culinary Institute in Charleston, South Carolina and has worked in Savannah’s finest restaurants including 45 South, Garibaldi’s Cafe, IL Pasticcio, as well as the Marshwood Club and Plantation Club at The Landings on Skidaway Island.
